On August 1, 2022, our beloved Olive Wintz was called to her eternal home. Our hearts are saddened by the passing of our loved one. Olive lived to the amazing age of 91 and transitioned peacefully surrounded by her children. We are thankful and appreciative for all the time shared with her.

Olive Wintz was born on July 1, 1931, to the late Allen Dey and Jane McCalman Dey in Light Town, Guyana. She grew up in New Amsterdam, Berbice. Olive was the matriarch of her family and put lots of energy into trying to make things better for them.

She was predeceased by her four brothers, Stanley, Handley, Leslie, Allan and one granddaughter, LaySean Wintz.
